Refund policy

We want you to love your bag. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The bag must be unused and unworn
- Original Coach tags must still be attached
- The bag must be in its original condition
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

To start a return, email us at thegabscloset@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Items that cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned after 7 days
- Gift cards

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
