We ship all orders within 1 business day. Standard US shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?

Are the bags authentic?

Yes. Every Coach bag sold on The Gabs Closet is 100% authentic, sourced through verified channels. We do not sell fakes or “inspired by” products.

Are the bags brand new or pre-owned?

We sell new Coach bags that are in excellent condition. Each bag is carefully inspected before listing.

Are you an official Coach retailer?

The Gabs Closet is an independent reseller. We are not an authorised retailer of Coach. All products are genuine and authenticated.
